Roy is originally from a rural area of Cuba. He emigrated to South Florida in 1954 and been in the business of farming and operating a USDA approved pigs and poultry slaughterhouse for over 60 years. His business, La Casa Sierra & Associates Inc, known as “Casa Sierra”, operates and sells to the public 6 days a week on 6 acres of the land offering parcel. Roy is not one to retire and go play golf, he enjoys his work and the relationship with clients.
